Who are we now? Last week I told you the story about how we got started. Well now, D'Delicious Delicacies is an online bakery specializing in your favorite dessert cakes with an island flair. We initially started out making a variety of desserts like cookies, brownies, muffins, cupcakes and cakes. Then we got caught up in the fondant frenzy. While we love creating masterpieces and providing variety; it wasn't my zone of genius.
When I started my business I wanted to just bake delicious cakes and serve my clients who wanted exclusivity. So, for 2021 I decided to revert back to my original purpose and mission of D'Delicious Delicacies.
We are now focusing on serving you all with delicious buttercream cakes, cupcakes and of course Virgin Island pastries during the holiday season. Cutting back on our menu allows us to serve more clients while still providing quality desserts. (Just to clarify, we are no longer doing FULL fondant cakes.However your buttercream cake and cupcakes can include fondant embellishments)
However, there are two ways that you can get other desserts. 1) We will be offering virtual baking classes starting this Summer (2021). 2) You can still get other desserts during Sweets on the Run. Sweets on the Run started in 2019 as a way to allow our loyal customers to buy slices in smaller quantities with FREE DELIVERY. We will be having our 1st Sweets on the Run this Friday May 7th 11:30am to 1pm. We tend to sell out quickly, especially the Island Buzz, so order now!
